So DD selected this lovely Waverly fabric for place mats. She said her table is getting dinged up and she wants to protect it a little bit.
So I cut it up....with a little help from Bob...yeah, help, that's it.... We selected some odd fabric to make a 2nd set of place mats. It's kind of like vinyl, with threads through it, we'll see how that goes later.
And then I just rolled edge them with a flannel on the back. How pretty!!
Mom's Bernina serger did a great job on the rolled edges, these look nicer than the ones at pier 1, I'm positive!
