Happy Birthday to Darling Daughter!

So we made the pilgrimage to Meskwaki Bingo to celebrate the Dear Girl's birthday. Too bad we didn't win a gift for her.

I'm Sick OF.......

SNOW! I was driving home this morning-at about 30 mph all the way and was waiting at the stop sign ...and saw the Tiffin plow truck helping out this Semi Tractor and his double trailer.

Glad the plow truck could help him out. It would have tied up trsaffic horribly if that truck couldn't get going up the hill!

later today I went to get milk, the streets are all clear now, and lookie here, Hunter is keeping busy clearing the church parking lot.
Enough with the snow already!!!

Now I'll give it a quick rinse and get that wonderful krinkle look! Now I gotta get a project to practice some fancier quilting!

Longarm Quilting

Oh i almost forgot to show you ....I finished the Salt Water Taffy baby quilt on the longarm machine!
I took a lot of time to load it onto the machine. I'm sure I'll be quicker next time.

Now all I have to do is bind it and the 1st one will be done!

It's The Weekend!

SO I picked up Darling Daughter and we went to buy dog cookies, and then I needed to stop at the library.....she reads people while i find books!

Then we went to the kiwanis Antique show over at the Johnson County Fairgrounds. Lots of cool stuff to see, and A CROWD!

Love to browse the antiques! We had a great time.
