4th of July Family Reunion

Our family hadn't gotten together for quite some time. SO here we are. A few of our dearest family members couldn't make it for various reasons but hopefully next time we get together we can ALL make it. We missed you! Can't you just feel the enthusiasm being generated by the teen boys in back? It was rainy & actually chilly-unbelievable for July!

Knee High by the 4th of July

About 2 weeks ago I meant to take a picture of the corn field across the road. It was just little and you could see in between the rows. Well lookie at it now. When I was a kid they used to say that corn should be knee high by the 4th of July, well these days I think it should be head high by the 2nd of July!
